I understand how overwhelming it can feel when you’re struggling with your mental health, and I want you to know that you don’t have to go through it alone. With over 17 years of experience as a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life, and I’m here to offer the support and care you deserve.

My background in emergency and trauma nursing, as well as inpatient psychiatry, has given me a deep understanding of the importance of brain health in overall wellness. I believe the most important part of your care is the relationship we build together. You’ll never feel rushed during our appointments because I believe you deserve the time and attention needed to truly address your concerns.

I specialize in evidence-based medication management for individuals aged six and up, treating conditions such as anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, and more. For those dealing with treatment-resistant depression or suicidal thoughts, I now offer Spravato (esketamine) as an additional option.

Your mental health matters, and together, we’ll find the right treatment options that work for you. I’m currently seeing clients in-person and by telehealth in Gilbert, AZ, and I look forward to meeting you and supporting you on your journey to wellness.
