Hello! I am honored you are considering working together to help you meet your goals of health, healing and peace. I specialize in working with adolescent ages and older. This can be in individual, couple or even a family setting. With unique life and work experiences, I have personal familiarity with the following (but not limited to): endometriosis, infertility, foster care and adoption, type one diabetes and I am married to a 2x cancer survivor so chronic illness is a big part of my life. I also have extensive experience in the field of education and executive-level business leadership.

From a foundation of trust and positive rapport we will work on setting and reaching your personal goals for authentic wellness. My approach is integrative using a variety of modalities based on the client(s) and their needs. Always from a trauma informed perspective, I heavily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Mindfulness, as well as Enneagram work for those interested. I am also trained and recognized by the American Diabetes Association as a trained Mental Health Provider.

I identify as a Christian, but I am afraid that “title” may be off putting based on your past experiences. Please don’t let it! All beliefs/backgrounds are accepted in my office, in fact, I am an LGBTQ+ ally and highly value equality for all. We can incorporate spirituality into our time together as much or little as you’d like. I would love to meet you!
