Join us at Thrive Counseling Services, LLC for Breathwork Breakthrough — a somatic, guided breathing workshop designed to help you release emotional buildup, regulate your nervous system, and realign your energy.
Why Breathwork?
Intentional breathing helps you reconnect with your body, soften stress, and create space for clarity and emotional release. Many people leave feeling grounded, lighter, and more present.
What to Expect:
You’ll spend about 40 minutes lying down as you’re guided through breathing techniques supported by music and gentle movement. We end with time for grounding and integration, so you leave feeling centered and refreshed.
Whether you’re joining us in person or online, wear clothing that allows you to relax and move freely (think yoga or athleisure wear). You’ll also want a yoga mat or any props that help you feel supported—such as a blanket or pillow.
