If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating a season of change, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a supportive, down-to-earth therapy space where you can slow things down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDR-trained therapist who works with adults, parents, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD challenges, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My approach is client-centered and evidence-based, integrating EMDR, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and systemic theories, with a strong emphasis on the therapeutic relationship. I believe meaningful change happens when insight, safety, and connection come together.
I especially enjoy working with first responders and medical professionals, supporting those who carry high levels of responsibility, chronic stress, and exposure to trauma. I also work with adults navigating life transitions, including career changes, shifts in identity, parenting adjustments, and relationship changes. In addition, I have a passion for helping strengthen romantic, relational, and familial relationships, supporting parents, and providing care for ADHD-related concerns by building practical tools, structure, and self-compassion.
Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your strengths, feel more grounded, and build a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, creating space for both healing and growth.
