Most ADHD evaluations lean on checklists and memory, which are useful but subjective. QbTest adds real data to the picture, so you and your provider can make decisions with more confidence.
What QbTest measures
QbTest looks at the three core areas of ADHD and compares your results to people of the same age and sex who don’t have ADHD.
Attention
How steady your focus stays over time, based on how consistently you respond during the test.
Activity
How much you move while you work. A motion-tracking camera measures even small movements.
Impulsivity
How often you respond too fast or to the wrong target, which can point to impulsivity.
What happens on test day
No needles, no studying, no wrong answers.
Check in at our office
Come to our office at 3651 E Baseline Rd in Gilbert. Your confirmation will tell you which suite to go to.
Get set up
You'll wear a lightweight headband with a small reflector so the camera can track movement. Nothing sticks to your skin and there are no needles.
Take the test
You'll sit at a computer and press a button when certain shapes appear. It takes about 15 to 20 minutes. There's nothing to study and no way to fail.
Get your report
QbTest creates a visual report showing how your results compare to others your age. What happens next depends on the path you choose.

QbTest + Psychiatric Evaluation
Best if you want a diagnosis and a plan
After your QbTest, you’ll meet with our psychiatric nurse practitioner for a full evaluation. They’ll look at your history, symptoms, rating scales, and QbTest results together, then give you a clear answer and a treatment plan. That plan can include therapy, medication, or both. The psychiatric evaluation may be covered by insurance. See Rates & Insurance for the plans our psychiatry team accepts.
QbTest Only
Best if someone else is managing your care
Take the QbTest with us and, with your written permission, we’ll send the report to your pediatrician, psychiatrist, or primary care provider to use in their evaluation.
