About Sarah

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and many people come to therapy carrying stress, uncertainty, relationship struggles, the lasting impact of personal and family experiences, or simply wanting to better understand themselves. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up honestly, feel supported, and make meaningful changes without judgment. Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create an environment that feels grounded, welcoming, and collaborative.

As a Marriage and Family Therapy Graduate Intern, I work with individuals, couples, and families from a systemic and relational perspective. I support clients navigating life transitions, self-actualization, addiction or the impact of addiction, perfectionism, burnout, and couples who may feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in unhealthy relational patterns. Clients would describe me as supportive, compassionate, and direct. My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Structural Family Therapy, and Narrative Therapy.

I value authenticity, curiosity, and creating a therapeutic relationship where clients feel both supported and challenged toward growth. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself and your relationships, I would be honored to support you in your therapeutic journey.
